Meet the Wells Data Services management team.
Will Myles
FounderWill brings depth of insight and innovative thinking to the built asset industry, from early career design and construction of real estate and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, to procurement and investment decision-making for billion-dollar capital programs around the world. At global professional body RICS, Will sought to address industry fragmentation by promoting emerging international standards for the industry.
As co-founder of Wells Data Services, Will is looking to fulfil an unmet need in the built asset industry – creating the right platform, the right environment and a trusted custodian for client organisations to share data and benchmark their performance, based on international standards, saving taxpayer and shareholder money.
Ken Creighton
FounderKen has been an innovative leader in international standards and data. As the Director of Standards at RICS, he created and chaired multiple international standards coalitions including the IPMS Coalition (International Property Measurement Standards) Coalition and the ICMS Coalition (International Cost Management Standards). In his work he has brought together professional bodies, firms and governments from around the world to create shared international standards. Ken was the Head of International at BCIS through 2024 and previously the Director of Standards at RICS.
Before joining RICS Ken was with the IFRS Foundation, working with countries adopting IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) as issued by the IASB (International Accounting Standards Board). Ken brings a wealth of international experience and leadership to Wells Data Services.
Dave Ramsey
FounderResponsible for the product development and delivery at Wells Data Services, Dave has over 25 years’ experience leading highly technical teams and had previously designed the RICS ICMS data standard enabling software companies around the world to incorporate ICMS digital standards.
Previously, Dave was the European architect at Xerox and the former CTO at the IFRS Foundation. He has additionally managed a software automation company and led blockchain smart contract development projects.
